Had a great stay at the icy hotel. Room was very clean and aircon worked superbly. Was a nice terrace out back to relax in also. We arrived early but toni and anita were happy for us to leave our luggage with them untill the room was ready. They were also very helpfull and answered any questions we had and sorted out transfer from airport to accomodation and taxi to ferry when we were leaving. Would definitely recomend and wouldnt hesitate to book again if we come back to dubrovnik. ☺

The room was lovely and clean with a smart bathroom. Right on the seafront had a great breakfast by the water. They were perfect hosts with some great advice about where to go and spoke perfect English. They sorted out all the admin- tourist tax & location registration making the stay really easy.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Trotz unserer (durch Flugverspätung) späten Ankunft in der Nacht wurden wir herzlich empfangen und erhielten noch Tipps für Ausflüge am nächsten Tag. Das Frühstück war köstlich und umfangreich! Der Strand und schöne Restaurants sind direkt erreichbar.

Our stay in Toni's Hotel Villa Micika went very well! It is very well located, near a supermarket, many restaurants, a bus stop, and the Lapad Beach. We easily went to old town and got back using the bus. The wifi works fine and there is a shared fridge we could use!

Everything was on time. Very friendly host. Regarding location: It's very close to the airport, so took about 15 min to the destination. Very comfortable apartments. On the territory you could find golf-cars, which could help you to reach clean beach with free lounger. Regarding registration: Host helped with all questions in very short time.

Palazzo Sbutega hotel is a wonderful peaceful and comfortable place to stay just a short drive from Kotor. Nigel the host was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Myself and my partner felt very welcome and we made use of the lounge and also the wonderful garden and the pool. We felt so at home! There is also a very tasty breakfast with homemade granola and locally made jam and honey, this was also an opportunity to meet the other guests and share tips about the local area. The location is beautiful, right on the water front where you can have a swim in the sea or catch one of the boat tours. There are also scenic local walks from the hotel as well as being within easy reach of Kotor or a short bus ride to Tivat. Nigel and his team offered helpful suggestions around restaurants and also tours and we would highly recommend the wine tasting in a family run vineyard. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect—just a few kilometers outside the city, offering a serene escape by the river. The peace and quiet were truly refreshing, and the pool was a delightful bonus. The room itself was clean, new, and functional, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a five-star experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat with great amenities. One tip for host: add smaller pillows to rooms. Thank you.

We had an amazing week at Hotel Seventh. Ana and her family are such lovely, hospitable hosts and couldn’t have done more for everyone. The hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. You are only a short walk (downhill) into the centre, but the stunning balcony views make the walk back up the hill worthwhile!! Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Cavtat. Thank you, Ana and family!

wir hatten 9 wunderschöne Tage bei Ana in Cavtat. Die Kleinstadt war zu Fuss leicht erreichbar, an den Fussmarsch wieder zum Hotel gewöhnt man sich :) Ana und ihre Kinder waren aufmerksam, wir fühlten uns bei ihr sehr wohl, die täglichen Gespräche und das Lachen mit ihr waren toll. Nigel was the most welcoming host, who always made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips for things to do and see in Kotor. When we arrived it felt like coming home, he was so interested and heart-warm for his guests. His place was super nice, clean and trendy. Every detail about his place was perfection and style! The breakfast was lovely, and his private dock was amazing for taking a swim or enjoying the sun. This place is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed at, so definitely worth your while. Thanks Nigel, for everything!

Besten Dank für alles! Die Kommunikation mit Natalie war perfekt, Alexej der vor Ort sich um alles kümmert war sehr hilfsbereit, der ältere Herr der teilweise half beim Übersetzen war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist SEHR sauber! Im Zimmer hat es sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank, der Strand ist knappe 5min entfernt, die umliegenden Restaurants und Bäckerei ist super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt hier :) Danke für alles und ihnen alles Gute! Ah und der Pool ist auch makellos, perfekt für einen kleinen Schwumm bevor der Tag startet. Viele Grüsse Yasmin & Sandro

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Nigel in Palazzo Sbutega! Wunderschönes Anwesen mit einer großen Liebe zum Detail! Ein Traum direkt vor der Haustür in die Adria zu springen. Super Service, Nigel und Philip geben sich wirklich große Mühe. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. :)

Irina and her husband were very welcoming and friendly, very kind people! They gave great recommendations and were helpful whenever we needed it. You cannot find better hosts. The apartment was spotless and fresh and the view over the water from the balcony was beautiful.

We had a great day, the apt was perfect, right next to the little private pontoon from where there is a beautiful view. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Stoliv is a nice village, very beautiful and not too crowded, don’t miss upper Stoliv from where you can get a great view!
