Bienvenue dans cette nouvelle résidence idéalement située entre les 3 ports de Douarnenez et à proximité de l'Ile Tristan. Cet appartement T2, se trouve au 2ème étage d'un bâtiment neuf (avec ascenseur) et dispose d'un balcon avec vue sur le port de Tréboul. Un escalier permet de descendre directement sur les quais du Port-Rhu ou de rejoindre Tréboul via une passerelle-écluse. L'accès au port du Rosmeur, se fait également à pied, en longeant la corniche permettant d'admirer l'Ile Tristan.

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. You put down your suitcases and let yourself be carried away in the pretty narrow streets of this neighborhood to the sound of the rigging on the masts of the sailboats to access the shops (bakery, cheese shop, wine shop...) and restaurants. Saint-Jean Beach is 600 m away.
