Bienvenue dans cette nouvelle résidence idéalement située entre les 3 ports de Douarnenez et à proximité de l'Ile Tristan. Cet appartement T2, se trouve au 2ème étage d'un bâtiment neuf (avec ascenseur) et dispose d'un balcon avec vue sur le port de Tréboul. Un escalier permet de descendre directement sur les quais du Port-Rhu ou de rejoindre Tréboul via une passerelle-écluse. L'accès au port du Rosmeur, se fait également à pied, en longeant la corniche permettant d'admirer l'Ile Tristan.

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Saint-Jean Beach is 600 m away.

We look forward to welcoming you to our family home in the picturesque Tréboul district of Douarnenez, where we live regularly! Our house is located on a quiet street, 200 meters from Saint Jean beach and the GR34, and a 5-minute walk from the port where there are shops (bakery, market, cheese shop, butcher, etc.) and restaurants. The house has all the modern comforts and we try to make it more comfortable with each new stay.

Sur le port du rosmeur, apt. de 90 m2 situé au 1er étage sans asc. composé : d'un grand salon avec une cuisine américaine equipée, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, de deux chambres et d'une sdb avec toilettes. Pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. En plein centre ville, face à la baie de Douarnenez. Mon logement se trouve sur le port du Rosmeur, il peut avec du bruit : cafés, bars, restaurants sur le Port.
