we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

Our family had an enjoyable stay at A.J's place Darlaston House. It was very chill and relaxing as if we're at home. The place is near and just walking distance from Serin ayala mall. They provide filtered water so no need to bring water container, they also have towels. I love their big TV with youtube and netflix, you can binge watch. Our dogs also enjoyed they stay as the place is spacious and they can run around. Ate Merle, the caretaker was so accommodating and explains everything when we arrive. Ms. Nellie the cohost also reach out and made sure we're good. This place is very recommended, we will surely come back and probably book 2 night next time.

We had a great stay at this house. The house is very spacious and perfect for big groups. The air-conditioning in every room was a big help, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Everything was clean, and check-in was smooth. The location felt safe and quiet, and the house had everything we needed. The hosts, Allan & Nancy were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

This location is very serene. We had our family reunion and everyone had a great time. Very spacious! Heated pool was a win for our kids. Host was quick respond to our inquiries. The lived in staffs were helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again

Ms. May is very amiable and accommodating. When I requested if I could check in early because of my work schedule, she was really understanding and didn't charge me for it. I truly love how promptly she answers all of my queries. That's really kind of her. We had a terrific experience and would definitely return.

The place is safe because it's inside a subdivision. Gate will be closed by 10pm. Easy to locate since it's near the main road so there's no problem even if you're on commute. The surrounding is peaceful. Personally, I like Leo's home because of the cats and dog since I'm also a fur parent. :) Check-in is also hassle-free. Unlike other listings, the room has enough beddings for 5-6 persons so we were able to really rest well. Great for family stay. There's a balcony where you can have some quiet time while listening to the sound of cicadas. We have no problem with Internet connection too. Highly-recommended!

Ang ganda at ang cozy ng vibes inside the unit, ang bait & friendly ng staff very accommodating nag karon lang ng onting hassle sa lobby due to unexpected meeting daw at hindi alam ng host kaya natagalan kami. All in all it exceed our expectation thank you so much.👌🙂

This was the best AirBnB I’ve stayed at in a long time. Not only was it a very nice place, the hosts were also very friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area!

We celebrated the new year here, and it was the best one yet. We will definitely go back again. We are grateful to Sir Nelwin and to caretaker who looked after us while we were there.

overall the experience was great! everything was cleaned and organized. the owner was very helpful. he even helped us carry our luggages. wifi was strong but sometimes it is intermittent due to rhe repeater falling from the socket. a few minor observations though 1. the refrigerator is very small . can't even store a 6 gallon water. but if you're just staying for a night or 2, that shouldn't be a problem 2. also, the CR door scratches the floor making it very squeaky. other that those, the experience was excellent 👌

I reserved a 1N stay for my birthday, with my son and we had fun. Overlooking the Taal Lake, clean unit, Vanilla scented room, clean beddings, spacious sofa, PS4 and Alexa Google Assist are the perks. What was remarkable is that they waited for us, we checked-in past 5 PM. I would recommend this airbnb especially to those who are commuters, this is along the highway, you can hop off the bus just right in front of SMDC Wind Residences. Jeepneys and tricycle rides are always available too. Thanks again for letting us to stay in your airbnb. ❤️
