Situated just 3 minutes stroll from the harbour and 8 minutes to the beach with fantastic restaurants, pubs & shops all within walking distance. All your needs are catered for within the cottage with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats for 4, home from home living area. For those rainy days we have a selection of games, books and DVDs.

Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door. There’s a sea glimpse from the bedroom & a great sea view from the sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close by.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

This beautiful country cottage is set in a idyllic, peaceful spot with glorious country views. Walk from the cottage to the bustling fishing town of Looe through the woods alongside the river, in about an hour. The picturesque village of polperro is a 10 minute drive away. There are many beaches to explore all within a short drive. Talland, Lansallos, naming a few ideal for children to explore. I do except up to 2 dogs at the property.
