Lodge tout en bois de 40 M2, faisant face à la rivière , un lieu calme invitant à la détente et au repos. Nous nous trouvons dans la vallée du Moulin du Duc, un endroit calme avec à proximité activités sportives et nautiques. Nous nous situons à environ 15 minutes de la côte de Granit Rose et de Perros Guirec. Le centre ville de Lannion est à 10 min à pieds du logement, ainsi que la gare SNCF et Routière et nous nous situons sur la voie verte Morlaix -Lannion.

Gîte de charme, les pieds dans l'eau

A la pointe du port, après c’est la mer, charmant gîte les pieds dans l’eau avec très belle vue. Dans un petit port typique de cette Bretagne forte de son histoire marine. Granit rose, chemins de randonnées, le GR 34 passe à 300m du gîte. Les plages à pieds, la pêche à pieds, à moins de 50m, le café du port, le restaurant et la vente du poissons en direct par les pêcheurs. L'accès à la mezzanine ne permet pas d'accueillir les enfants de moins de 10 ans.

Restaurants, bars, cinema, bakery, tourist info, nautical center, playground, customs footpath, pink granite coast are right next door. Equipped kitchen, terrace, sofa bed with good quality bedding (140x190). The dining area converts into a 120x170 bed. Ideal for 2/3 travelers or with children.
