For leisure, the house offers a nice swimming pool, shower, a ranch with freezer and barbecue area, a mini soccer field and a garage for up to 4 cars.

Entire house in condominium, 24-hour security. A space full of life with several trees and a large yard. Close to the sea and mountains. 1.5 hours from Ubatuba and half an hour from Campos dos Jordão and Aparecida do Norte. We have an office, Wi-Fi and TV for those who need to rest and work at the same time. We have a barbecue, garden furniture and several shopping outlets near the house.
