This new single-storey house welcomes you to Combrit Ste-Marine, a typical village bordered by the Odet River and its coasts offering breathtaking ocean views. South-facing, with a 500 m² garden located in a small quiet subdivision. The total area is 100 m², of which 90 m² is accessible to guests.
