We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!

The area was quiet within steps to a trailhead in beautiful Clifton Gorge. The hosts were super helpful and communicative but not at all intrusive. We are planning to come back asap!

Quiet, beautiful, and serene. Perfect peaceful weekend stay for my family of 4 plus our medium sized dogs. My kids (5 & 2) LOVED the tiny house. They felt like the house was built just for them! The only feedback I have is that the pics are slightly misleading. The beautiful landscape does not belong to this owner, but the property does overlook it. I would recommend requesting a map from the owners as soon as you arrive, if you’re interested in hiking. Be sure to bring boots and tick spray! Lovely stay. Thank you!!

Absolutely loved this cute AirBnB! Brian was such a great host and even responded when I was too much of a blonde to figure out where to go 🤣 the apartment is perfectly decorated. It felt like we were just hanging out wait for the Friends cast to come thru the door 🤣 will absolutely be booking this place again in the future! Also, walking distance to Stoners Ice Cream and that is the BEST ice cream we’ve ever had!! Definitely must go!!

This was a great house for my family and I to stay in. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, safe, and peaceful. I went for a morning run, and all the streets had sidewalks with beautifully manicured trees, flowers, etc. The home was clean, spacious, and furnished as described. The only issue we had was the curtains. With it being summertime, my kids needed to go to bed before sundown, and the curtains were not light blocking. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We booked Damon's place because of how close it was to the event we were attending over the weekend and it was perfect. It was also close to stores and restaurants in the area so we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to find what we wanted. The house was just right for me and my sister, it is super cute and comfortable. Thank you Damon, we appreciate your hospitality and we will be back!!
