A little piece of paradise in the village. An old building, in a small village, labeled with charm and character. A fully renovated gîte for you to enjoy. A large and generous green garden where you can stroll and rest. The Loire and its discovery trails are just around the corner. A region rich in castles, vineyards, open-air cafes. Come and explore the paths on foot or by bike, canoe, discover the gastronomy, troglodyte sites, museums... You will be warmly welcomed.

Charming cottage "Le petit Pressoir"

Our cottage "Le Petit Pressoir", located in the Loire Valley in the heart of Anjou, offers an ideal starting point for visiting castles, vineyards and all kinds of cultural, gastronomic and nature discoveries with family or friends. Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 200 m2 with private terrace.

La Pointe Windmill Tower

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. Former stables of a 19th century manor house, the building, completely renovated, includes: Ground floor, a large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace that gives access to the garden and pool. Bathroom and toilet. 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet. Ideal place to relax around the pool or visit the region rich in fun and cultural activities.

L'Autre Maison Gîte

The Other House was once a family home. Refurbished, while retaining its old beams and fireplace, it will offer guests all the comforts necessary for a peaceful stay... It can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Its large kitchen is functional and fully equipped. The house, located on our fenced property with indoor parking, has a private terrace that is not overlooked.

Langlois Vineyard House

Located close to Saumur and in the heart of our vineyard, our house offers you a unique break to enjoy the surrounding nature and discover our Langlois bubbles. A stone's throw from the accommodation, we will welcome you to our shop for a guided tour and a tasting of our Crémants de Loire and our wines. A bike deposit is also available (€10 per day). Saumur city center is a 5-minute drive from the property.
