The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Duchy lodge annex has its own private entrance to the front of the property just 3 minutes walk to Tolcarn beach and 5 minutes to shops, bars and restaurants but still being in a quiet area of newquay. This is a perfect getaway with private entrance to our lovely self contained apartment. We cannot allocate parking although there are no restrictions on our road, during holiday season finding a space can be difficult. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Fully furnished with a fitted kitchen, electric hob, oven , microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board . The bedroom has an en- suite shower room.
