Parking outside, super fast wifi inside with SMART TV link to our resident Barn Owl box. A relaxing stay awaits you with a complimentary cream tea on arrival. Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

A peaceful and secluded cottage for 5 guests, set in 2.5 acres of south-facing gardens with breath-taking sea views Lying between Looe and Fowey, the spectacular National Trust coastline is a 10 minute walk from the garden, close to some great beaches off the adjacent coastal path. The fishing village of Polperro and the vibrant port of Fowey are a short drive away. Outside there are several seating areas overlooking the valley and sea, beautiful lawns and lots of gardens to explore

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Walking distance to the coast through leafy Cornish lanes - the south west coast path is 1 mile away. Bringing your dog? Friendly well-behaved dogs are very welcome

Riverside is a gorgeous period cottage with stunning views in Fowey. It's in a great location very close to the centre, car parking and slipway. Ideal for water activities, restaurants, shopping and beaches! We have stunning water vistas from all rooms and beautiful outside areas. Plenty of storage in the basement for your outdoor activities. The cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard, whilst maintaining all its beamed, period charm and character.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
