The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. The vacation home is located on our property in a quiet rural location near the Neuendorfer Wiek in the west of the island of Rügen. The approximately 150-year-old building has been lovingly renovated. The ground floor includes the entrance area, kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms are in the attic. The car can park north of the house. The unique landscape of West Rügen invites you to hike, cycle, fish or simply relax in peace.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
