Der Ansitz Langenmantel gehört zu den ältesten Gebäuden Tramins. Erbaut im 15.Jahrhundert, steht diese architektonisch und kunsthistorisch einzigartige Stätte heute unter Denkmalschutz. Für unsere Gäste ist der außergewöhnliche Charakter des Gebäudeensembles komplett erhalten und mit Feingefühl stilvoll modernisiert worden. Direkt gegenüber von unserem B&B Gartenheim gelegen, in dem sich auch der Check-in, sowie der Frühstücksbereich befinden, wurden 2024 die ersten Langenmantel-Suiten eröffnet.

Located in Belluno 100 m from the historic center of the city, at the gates of the Bellunesi Dolomites National Park (UNESCO heritage site), 45 km from Cortina d 'Ampezzo and 100 km from Venice, CasaZavi offers a common room, Finnish sauna and air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. The property is very well cared for in detail, in typical Ampezzo style and is located in the heart of Cortina, close to nightlife, Faloria cable car and public transport. You'll love my place because of its location, people, and atmosphere, and it will allow you to have a very comfortable stay in a warm and welcoming environment.

The 50m2 apartment has a separate entrance and a private car parking space in front of the door. In the bright living room, a pull-out couch for beautiful dreams is available from there and from the bedroom you can directly access the 15 sqm terrace. The panoramic window in the bedroom allows a wonderful view of Merano and Ifinger. I'm sure you're glad the pool is not far away! To get in, a few steps are enough.
