Hiking trails nearby (Pedestrians, Mountain Biking, Equestrian), several surf spots in Audierne Bay.

Come and enjoy your holidays in this bright, recently renovated stone building. The house is located in a natural and quiet environment less than a kilometer from the beach of Tréogat (surfing, kite, board, sand yachting, etc.) and less than 500 meters from the famous GR34 (hiking, biking). It has a garden, ideal for summer meals/grills and naps. You will hear the sound of the waves, a change of scenery is guaranteed. The house was designed for holidays with family or friends.

Traversez: vous êtes sur la plage. La Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classée Meublé de Tourisme) vous propose un rez-de-jardin de choix disposant d’une cour privée équipée. Son intérieur est cosy et offre un piano accessible aux musiciens sur demande. Le linge est fourni. Le logement est non-fumeur, les animaux ne sont pas admis. Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the calm proximity to the points of interest of the area and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without vis-à-vis. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer seasonal products) and equipped with fiber.
