Great place to stay and was clean and tidy! Responsive and friendly host who helped with recommendations!

Sarah was very prompt with communication and even offered to get us groceries as we were arriving late. The house itself is very well appointed and the kitchen has everything that you could possibly need to make a roast dinner through to baking a cake. Sarah even provides washing powder/liquid, dishwasher tablets and sharp kitchen knives! This place is convenient to explore the neighbouring beaches but a car is essential I would say. The biggest attraction for us with young children was the pool which was warm and never too crowded. The swim time is 45 minutes per session. There is also a sauna.

We were visiting Perranporth to visit family who lived locally. The property was ideal . The kitchen was well equipped with double oven, fridge & freezer dishwasher etc. A lovely dining room, comfortable lounge and the conservatory provided magnificent views across the village and bay to the golf course opposite. There were also tables and chairs strategically situated in the garden to take advantage of the sun as well as proving good viewing points. For anyone wishing to park up and use local transport the bus stop for busses to Newquay and Truro were a few steps away. The village with cafes, pubs and beach on the doorstep. Miranda provided excellent information regarding location of the premises , how t access the property and making use of the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the house.

What a lovely cottage in a great location. Everything you could need was here with the addition of treats left by the owner Michelle to welcome us. Very comfy bed and practical wet room. Nearby the Miners Arms 2 or 3 minute walk away was an added bonus for drinks and food. We can highly recommend this characterful cottage and its owner Michelle. Thanks again Andy and Kate
