Studio centre-ville, 5 mn de la gare à pied, parking gratuit gare. Très bonne prestation, super équipé, refait entièrement à neuf, au RDC, fond de cour au calme et sécurisé. Couchage 2 personnes, 1 vrai lit queen size matelas à mémoire de forme. Appart non-fumeur. Arrivée entre 15h et 19h. Possible d’arriver en dehors de ces horaires mais avec un supplément. The house is located, at the gates of the Beaujolais and the Golden Stones, 10 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 25 km from central Lyon. Ideally located in a village near an exit of the A6 motorway, the listing is located in a wing of our family home (character house), and has a private entrance. It is organized on two levels, can accommodate 4 people and a baby. The whole property benefits from wifi via fiber, and is non-smoking.

I open the doors of my apartment located in the heart of Anse. You will have access to the entire accommodation which consists of 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. You will find personal effects (photos, grandmother's dishes...) it's normal this accommodation is for me a way to supplement my retirement while sharing my experience as a superhost and my friendliness.

La Grange Coton is a former hay barn, renovated into comfortable accommodation, which combines the charm of an old listed building, warm decoration, in the heart of the historic center of the town of Anse. It has all the necessary equipment to accommodate a baby. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the train station and close to highways, come and relax in our pretty cocoon of softness and on its private sunny terrace.
