Stunning location and a beautiful little home away from home. Nel and Lorne were both welcoming and helpful, even offering us lifts into town for events. The kitchen supplies shared made our life much easier and the workspace was perfect. The view from the lounge room and bedroom window was so beautiful and we enjoyed spending time just being in the unit watching out to the water. The bath tub was beautiful and the heating worked well, the bed and linens were great and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved Taroona and hope to stay with Nel again when we return to our beloved Tassie 💖

I want to say it was awful so that it’ll be free next time I want to book it. But that’s not fair, everyone should get the opportunity to stay here. Quiet location away from the main roads, gorgeous views from the hot tub on the balcony. Simple, cosy accomodation that was exactly what I was after. Sean was super communicative prior to the stay and everything was so well explained I didn’t need him again except to let him know that regretfully, my stay was over. 10/10, thanks Sean for making such a special place available.

Tom and Cate’s place was amazing! One of the best places we have stayed! They had lots of thoughtful touches especially for the kids. They went above and beyond our expectations. Communication was great, the house was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. The kids loved their little surprises and we loved staying there. Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

We absolutely adored our stay at this charming garden cottage in Glebe. It’s the perfect blend of cozy and quaint, with beautiful touches that made us feel instantly at home. Nestled in a quiet, leafy spot yet close to all the best Hobart has to offer, it was a peaceful and warm retreat after days of exploring. Our host was incredibly welcoming—sharing fascinating local history and giving us great recommendations for places to eat, shop, and explore. We especially loved hearing about the cottage’s past and how lovingly it’s been maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and heartfelt Tasmanian experience. Thank you!

Loved our stay at Ros’ place. Very cosy, all the basics provided! Ros went above and beyond leaving a small toy at the property for our pooch. Very dog friendly!

We had 5 nights at the beach house with our 2 dogs. Scott was very welcoming and helped out with a small problem (a coffee machine) 🙂. The location was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay here, at least for a few nights or longer. You'll enjoy the view of the bay and The Hazards! Great!

The guesthouse was in a great location, close to the CBD and Hobart attractions. The mountains provided for nice views and the guesthouse was tidy and cozy. The parking spot was a bit tricky to exit due to surrounding cars, but that was only a minor issue.

We loved our time at Stewart’s Bay Beach house. The view is amazing; it’s great to have the beach so close. Shops and local attractions are within a 10-min walk. The house is also well appointed. We’ll be back!

What an amazing place to stay 10 out of 10. One of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at the property is riding the border and the Photos don’t do it justice. I highly suggest you book yourself five nights. Stay isn’t enough.😍

Catherine's place felt very welcoming a nice relaxing peacefully quiet atmosphere. The place was easy to find very cosy and private. A nice place to spend some time away from home.

We loved our stay, such a gorgeous location and short walk to the beach. Lovely and clean, a very spacious house for our tended family. The kitchen had all the essentials and appliances. We loved the coffee machine and fresh coffee beans. Great large walk-in showers and super comfy beds. We loved the outdoor fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. We all had a lovely and relaxing weekend away and everything was exactly as Lucy described.

Petrea’s place was absolutely perfect! It’s very clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone in to ensuring that guests feel comfortable and very much at home. The decor and furniture make for a perfect setting for a cosy night by the stunning fireplace, beds were extremely comfortable and everything you may need is provided. Great location, great value for money and an overall great vibe…. We did not want to leave. Thank you Petrea!

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The location next to the river was beautiful. The cottage contained everything we could wish for and was very comfortable.

Jodi and Lindsay were fantastic hosts. Their lovely unit was in a great location and even had a wonderful café on the corner for our morning coffee. We were lucky to stay during the Dark Mofo Festival and Jodi offered great suggestions on different exhibitions to see and events to attend. Thank you Jodi and Lindsay!

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

Jodi's apartment is at the best location, vrry close to a great cafe, grocery stores, bus stop and moonah shops. Best thing is private car parking which is hard to find with other air bnb places. You can view beautiful mount Wellington from the bedrooms, and living room gets cozy by sunshine during the day. Jodi was kind enough to give us quick tour of the house on checking-in, and also let us stay an extra hour before checking out. Thank you Jodi for letting us stay at your lovely place.

Very spacious property with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen & laundry amenities and comfort during our stay. The view is spectacular and we were very happy with the heating for our winter stay. Very close to the ferry terminal and lovely pub, cafes and supermarkets close by.
