Bright and quiet apartment in the heart of Seville´s downtown. It is recently constructed with one bedroom and one bath with both the bedroom and living areas overlooking a quiet private garden. The apartment has an ideal location for visiting the city by foot and is easily accessible by public transportation, and while you won´t need a car there are two private parkings close by! The apartment has been decorated to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This includes both a/c and heating as well as wifi access. The apartment has one bedroom with a large 150 x 190cm bed and a sofa-bed which converts into a 160cm x 200cm bed in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board as well as all necessary utensils and cookware. The bathroom has a shower plate and includes towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, body wash and body lotion. The bedroom comes with all linens, pillows, memory foam mattress as well as duvet and a wardrobe to hang your items while you stay. I can also provide a baby travel crib and high chair upon request for families!
