Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. BRAND NEW APARTMENT IN THE CENTER

The apartment is in the Arenal of Seville, an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, and very close to restaurants. Since I don't live in Seville, Maria will take care of check-in. She will explain and answer all questions. Due to regulations, she will ask you for information to identify you. Normally check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am, but I try to be flexible.
