A gem in the heart of Seville. Walking distance to great pubs and bars with complete privacy. Ana is a very responsive host and extremely attentive to the requirements. Our holiday was great largely to this wonderful place.

This was the best BNB my friends and I have stayed in during our Spain tour. Ana was very helpful when we checked in and gave us a map with all the locations we had to see during our time in Sevilla. Everything was very clean, very spacious, amazing location, 5 minute walk to literally anything. Loved this BNB.

Great stay for 2 nights as 5 adults and 2 kids. Very central and walkable to everything. Manuel was a great host with great communication the day before check in, and throughout our stay.

We spent 3 wonderful nights in this apartment. The space is very comfortable and cozy, perfect for resting. The tranquility of the place and the comfort of the mattress and pillows allowed us to sleep very well every night. The apartment has everything you need. The location is ideal and Lidia has been very attentive from the start. We would definitely repeat and recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay. The house was impeccable, the pool is much larger than it looks in the photos of the listing. The garage was our salvation for parking, as it would be impossible to park the car on the street. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and supermarkets. It is a short walk from some of the most important points of Seville. Communication with those in charge was always incredible and fast. The points of interest provided by Jose were good. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for everything.

Amazing apartment. It was so clean and perfect for our 3 day stay in Seville. Every site was walkable and there were so many restaurants and stores nearby!

A gem! Tucked away and quiet, but 30 metres from lots of attractions, bars and restaurants. Comfortable inside with a good kitchen and bathroom. Lovely shower. The instructions to get in are good. Two bits of advice. Firstly Google Maps takes you to what appears to be a blind ending alley; walk up it a little and you see it continues further round to the apartment house. Secondly, the key locks on the courtyard and House entrance need to be withdrawn very slightly to allow them to unlock. But it wasn’t difficult! We thoroughly enjoyed being in the heart of the city but with a quiet and comfortable retreat less than 5 minutes walk from the Alcázar and Cathedral.

An incredible stay, the house was impeccable and with all the amenities you need, the house is beautiful and the garden is fantastic. Isabel is very kind, attentive and thoughtful, it has been a pleasure to meet her. We will definitely repeat, everything has been perfect.

The house is great. We were 13 people occupying the whole house and we were very comfortable. It is well located, close to everything and with everything you need to enjoy a good vacation in Seville. Thank you very much Puri for opening the doors of this typical Sevillian house to us. A luxury. So we can come back.

Ana was a very friendly and warm host. We immediately felt comfortable. We could arrive early and already enter the pool and we were also allowed to check-out later. The kitchen was well equipped and she left breakfast and cooking supplies. She even hosted a wine tasting in the bodega inside the house for us. She responded quickly and showed us around the property with all the cute animals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend coming here.

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

Quiet and clean neighborhood, supermarket 800 meters away and city center close enough to walk. Easy street parking It's well located for visiting Seville without a car. The entrance open to the street is nice, we ate there.

A really lovely apartment in a very central location - close to everything Seville has to offer. we enjoyed our stay very much and Jesus was very helpful and responsive

We loved the stay. We felt like we were really at home. Having Micho (who is a sweetheart) in the house gave it a special touch, besides being calm, he is very sweet. The house had a great space and the outdoor space is delightful. The location of the house is perfect, it always has parking and has easy access to the city center. The neighborhood is super quiet and so is the house. Rocio was super attentive from the time we made our reservation (she sent us instructions and made a point of knowing about our arrival). We really liked it and hope to be back soon!!

I can't say so much about the surroundings because we came late and left early but we really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. It's not far to Sevilla's city center, which was important for us. Everything was clean and we had enough space for our family of four.
