Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Triana, Seville

We had a great stay at Juan's place. It was a great area with lots of restaurants near by and close to the canal, and walkable distance to the main square.

Loved it instead. A very but very nice apartment, very well located, even those who inhabit the building are friendly. Everything is very close and the truth, I thought everything is so local. It's an amazing experience. The apartment is quite comfortable, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and very good that has a washer and dryer. It has parking very close and super markets too. Carlos was a very good host, very attentive and super attentive to us, he would always answer us if you had any questions. 100% recommended and would stay here again.

The apartment offered by Irene is faithful to the description and photos. It is close to the center of activities and allows you to do everything on foot. Irene is a responsive host who knows the neighborhood where the apartment is located very well. She is also a good source of advice for activities to do. Thanks again to her for hosting us!

We loved Carlos’s place. It is an amazing location right in the historic district with everything a short (2-4 min walk away). Reyes (Co-host) was super responsive and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She even ran to the market to get us some sheets for the baby crib which we really really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here.

Moises met us on his motorcycle and was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. The place is very cool with nice details, beautiful art and architectural solutions. Loved our short stay and would like to come back one day!

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. Apartment in a very nice neighborhood on the edge of the Guadalquivir with restaurants very close! The Santa Cruz district can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Apparently very clean and in accordance with the description with a super nice terrace. Laureen welcomed us very well: thank you again!

We had a great time in Sevilla, also thanks to the host's proactivity. We arrived the day of the historic power outage that led to the nationwide blackout in April 2025 and Marisela, Carmen and Fabio put everything in place to ensure a smooth check-in (the doors being fully automated). The apartment had a top equipment and is well located with the entire city center being easily accessible by foot. The immediate surroundings are very cute with many bars, tapas restaurants and pittoresque streets. Great value for money!

Maria and her family were fantastic hosts. They helped us throughout our trip with helpful advice, our requests and fantastic recommendations. Maria made our trip a truly wonderful experience going above and beyond to help out. We cannot wait to return to Seville with all its charm and beauty. We will be recommending Maria’s appartment and would advise anyone to book it. We found it quiet, a short walk to the heart of the city in a lovely safe neighbourhood. The terrace was a wonderful asset to sit for breakfast and after we returned at night We felt it had everything we required, it was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Even had a hairdryer, washing machine and iron to use. We are planning our return already 👍

the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Very nice apartment, clean, functional and good location. Hosts are very responsive and clear and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic launching point to see all of Seville. We stayed for three days - really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 8 with two teens included - everyone had enough space to feel settled. Elevator is a life saver as otherwise four total stories (laundry is in attic/floor 4) would be tough getting up and down the stairs. Yolanda was very responsive and took care of our questions quickly. All was a great - fantastic stay in Seville!

My family and I had an excellent stay at Nina’s property. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nina was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She met us during check in. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Best location ever! Garage parking is a big plus when you are traveling by car, because there is no place to park your car in Seville. Great restaurants right outside your door, and Starbucks is just 1 min walking distance from the apartment. A lot of nice local coffee shops to get the great pastry! Absolutely loved the interior design and apartment furniture, super comfortable beds, and enough storage in the closets. Highly recommend!

Marilo's apartment is very nice, clean and cozy, you feel very good there. The bonus is the jacuzzi, very appreciable after a day of sightseeing in Seville, which is located only about ten kilometers away (about 25 minutes by car). Marilo is a caring host, very attentive and available. We had a great stay, thank you Marilo!

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and we loved it. The place was very clean, and the AC units worked perfectly. They let us do the checking a little bit earlier, and the instructions to get were very clear. Absolutely recommend this place if you’re going to visit this beautiful city! I know that if I go back to Seville, I will stay here again

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Although we didn’t get to meet Antonio during our stay, he arranged for someone to meet us and welcome us to his apartment. Communication was great!

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

Having experienced many types of accommodation, this was the best. Extremely clean. Thick, good sized towels. Excellent washing machine and even a dryer, if needed. Excellent air conditioning. Very well equipped, how often do you find yourself needing to go and buy washing up liquid, laundry tablets, toilet rolls etc on the first day of your holiday? Not here! Bus from airport is 45 minutes to a stop only 7 minute walk to the apartment Location is great to walk into the centre, along the river, to Triana and Macarena areas. Lots of good places to eat. Excellent comms with the host. Would recommend and want to stay there again.
