Nestled within the Aiguille Rouge nature reserve there's so much to enjoy with winter skiing in the Balme area linked to le Tour and the Grand Montets just a 15 minute drive. Hiking trials are right on your doorstep and canyoning in the Barbarine gorge.

Mountain chalet type apartment completely renovated in December 2020. All equipment is new as well as furniture and paintings. A grocery store is close to the accommodation. Public transport (train) is available 25 m from the apartment. We are close to Chamonix Mt-Blanc and the Emosson Dam. We have 2 ski areas that can be reached by train in 20 minutes. In summer our region is suitable for E-Bike and mountaineering.
