Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Trikala

As local, cosy, and homey as it will ever get!! We felt like we were truly staying in someone’s home, with beautifully hand-carved wooden furniture in the entire apartment. The host who might’ve been Despoina’s grandmother even greeted us even at 3 am after our delayed flight to Athens. She was super sweet!! As we were leaving the next morning, she picked fresh flowers in her garden and gave them to us. She then waived us goodbye as we got in our cars and drove away.

A wonderful stay. The meteors are sublime. The accommodation was splendid, well organized, clean. Our host and his mom were adorable. We were close to the meteors, a magnificent view from the terrace. We recommend this accommodation because it appealed to us.

The house is really nice an cozy, at the very center of the village, very neat an confortable, excellent for visiting Meteora and to feel the life of the village. Easy access to local bakery and restaurant. The house is fully equipped an very new. Strongly reccomended.

This Airbnb is an excellent place to base yourself to visit Meteora. It’s on the road that leads up to the monasteries and there are good restaurants close by. There was a slight mix up with rooms so we ended up in Apartment B but both apartments are very comfortable. Apartment A would have more light as it has a window opening to the front of the house. A lovely area out the front to relax and enjoy the view of the mountains. Vaso was very welcoming and would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

One of the best apartments we ever stayed at. We were amazed with how helpful, responsive and friendly hosts were. They truly made our whole trip to Greece more special. The place was spotless, newly renovated and comfortable, equipped with everything and more we could wish for. Walkable distance away from Trikala, a really cool accomodation, well worth the price we paid for it.

Apartment was great close to everything you need , clean and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Had an absolutely great trip will be back.

Dimitris was incredibly knowledgeable about the area & provided great information. The location was perfect, being on a quiet street but only a 1-2 block walk to restaurants/bars. We very much enjoyed our stay.

A very welcoming hostess and a "luxurious" apartment with wide terraces in a very lively neighborhood...if we returned to Trikala it is at Chrysa's place that we would like to live again! We did not know this part of Greece but from Trikala to Ioannina and more it is a region to discover. The only criticism on our part, the municipality of Trikala should make a small effort for tourist information, but it is absolutely not Chrysa's fault, on the contrary his advice and recommendations were extremely useful to us! We had a great stay! The location is in a new neighborhood with some construction happening, so the road is still gravel. There was parking available and the check-in process was very easy! There are many restaurants just down the hill. It's a great location slightly away from the busy main road. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was centrally located and was a walkable distance to town. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and enjoyed sitting on the deck after a long day of hiking. Konstantinos thoughtfully left bread, butter and jelly for breakfast and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone visiting meteora. Great location with many good restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby. Rooms are large and fully equipped. Air Conditionning ( AC ) units were working well in every room. Beds are on the firmer side. Free parking nearby (almost anywwhere in the city)

It was nice stay. The restaurant recommendations and maps for the sanctuaries of meteora was useful.

We had a wonderful time at Chris's! We had a lot of privacy in the cottage and the garden, the view is very beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the apartment is decorated with love and attention and very nice that you can walk into the Meteora (recommended to explore the hiking trails, very beautiful trails and very quiet). Actually, everything was great! Very nice extra, the house has good screens so you can open everything up without mosquitoes. The last part of the road there is semi-paved, but it is perfectly possible to do it with a regular car.

This is the 4th time I have visited The Nest Urban Stay. Like the previous times, this time too, central location, 3 minutes walk from the center, close to everything. Although I booked the house in the afternoon of the same day, last minute, I found parking right under the house. Spotlessly clean space, beautiful decoration, fast internet, Disney + I enjoyed it. The best part of my stay was the evening relaxation on the terrace, with a glass of wine. There was a delightful jasmine perfume in the evening air, emanating from their well-kept garden.Their team is always willing to make my stay unforgettable, both with suggestions for local food and to facilitate me with a mobile charger as I had forgotten mine. I will return again without a second thought.

Perfect spot for our 2 night stay. Clean, hot water, great communication, good kitchen for cooking, and a grocery store across the street.

We stayed here for one night and loved it. Easy to park outside, short walk to shopping and restaurants, and a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting and having wine on the balcony. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Christina's apartment on what Easter days. From the very first moment, the communication with her was excellent-always polite and willing to respond to any of our messages. When we arrived, a pleasant surprise, Easter sweets, a very beautiful and personal touch was waiting for us. The apartment was just like in the photos-beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated, and fully functional. It is located in a quiet area with easy access to the center of Trikala - you can go to the market on foot, without needing a car. Plus having his own parking was a big plus. Christina is a great host and welcoming. The apartment fully meets its description and I highly recommend it to anyone who visits Trikala. Thanks so much!!

This was a really nice place to stay on our honeymoon! I think the only thing would be that Google Maps sent us to the wrong spot and it was somewhat difficult to locate. It was dark and rainy which might have added to the difficulty, but overall it was a great place to stay!

The room was super clean, with ample parking 1'walk from the accommodation and perfectly located for walks in the center on foot. The owner's instructions were accurate and the check in and check out very easy. There is always hot water for bathing and the temperature in the accommodation is excellent, despite the incredible cold of Kalambaka. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and hope to visit again! Thank you so much! ❤
