This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. The nature in this area offers mountain lakes, vineyards, wine tastings, hiking trails, cycling routes and Cathar castles. Mediterranean Sea: approximately 35 minutes drive. Nice independent studio of 18 m2 for 2 people (wheelchair accessible), there is a sofa bed with a very good quality mattress. It opens onto a pleasant courtyard with an electric barbecue. SAINT-FELIU-DUps is a small peaceful village close to Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d 'Illes, and beautiful hiking spots. 30 minutes from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountains. Bed and bath linen are provided.

You will enjoy the hiking trails, or direct access to the castle for a breathtaking view of Roussillon.

Grenache le corsé mordoré qualified at 4 Named after the very popular grape variety, of which delicious red wine is made in our region. The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for one to four people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is on the lower floor, the second one on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washbasin.

Not accessible and not equipped for people with reduced mobility. Don't hesitate to contact me for more information. About 25 min from the Galamus Gorge and 10 min from the Ansignan Aqueduct.
