Two living rooms and two extra equipped kitchens on 3 floors and 5 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Especially you will enjoy your coffee on the patio facing the lush greenery or eating breakfast in the backyard among the flowers. Location is great, very quite but in 10 minutes you will be on Potamos beach which is organized with many bars, sandy with clean, warm waters.

Downtown with A/C . Ιdeal for your vacation and for remote working. With private garden & parking, easy access to the beaches and all daily needs in walking distance. Epanomi has 40km of beautiful beaches about 3-5km at a distance from the house. In summer the area is a resort and has a vivid night life with wonderful fish taverns, tasty food with local wine, bars, beach bars and cafes. There is good public transport to Thessaloniki and the sea. Chalkidiki is also close for a day trip.

Υπάρχουν παιχνίδια για μικρα αλλά και μεγαλα παιδιά (ποδοσφαιρακι, πινγκ πονγκ, αιρ χοκευ) 43 ιντσων smart TV άνετους χώρους με αποκορύφωμα το μεγάλο μπάνιο για στιγμες χαλάρωσης.
