There are stunning views front and rear of Fishers Peak, Simpson's Rest, and the bluffs that surround the area. There is also a cd player, turntable, and a sweet collection of CD's and Vinyl. Beautiful one bedroom loft apartment located half a block to the Purgatory river walk, farmers market, Cimino park and all the main street shops and restaurants. Couch is not a hideaway bed. There is a steep set of stairs to climb, to get to your loft. All guest and pets must be on reservations. NO CATS!! All Dogs must be approved. Puppies must be kept in a crate.
