House holiday rentals in Trinisa

Ein sehr besonderer Ort direkt am Meer - ich würde wieder dort wohnen wollen! Toller Ausblick, Ruhe und mit dem Auto die kleinen Städte Stoupa und Kardamily in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sowie Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fragen wurden von dem Host vorab und während des Aufenthalts immer schnell und ausführlich beantwortet.

The villa was perfect for a weeks holiday for two young families with a bathroom and bedroom on each floor. Aglaia was also able to accommodate our request of two travel cots and also provided a high chair which was extremely helpful. The villa was perfectly clean, exactly as the photos and so quiet despite only being a short walk from Stoupa bay, we could even hear the sea in the evening. Aglaia was also a great host, she greeted us on check in and provided clear instructions, she also helped with great local recommendations including the Kardamyli Jazz Fest. Faultless

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

Our time in Spetses slowly established a daily rhythm: Awaken to birdsong; warm ourselves in the morning sun; a dip in the sparkling pool; a slow amble down to the seaside. Afternoons, exploring the island on a scooter. Evenings dining under clear skies mostly at Bouboulinas! Mimi’s Villa was our home from home. Perfect X

Eleni and her son Nikos were great hosts. Very kind and helpful. The accommodation is very pretty and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay a lot and had a peaceful and lovely holiday. Nearby are some very good restaurants and beautiful beaches. Couldn’t be better.

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

Ruhige Lage für Erholungssuchende sehr geeignet. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen. Natur pur, sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer.

Over the top!! Die Kommunikation mit Evan verlief von Anfang an perfekt. Bilder können die außergewöhnliche Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses nicht wiedergeben-man muss dort gewesen sein. Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht von Kalamata inkl. Sonnenuntergänge, für den Menschen viel Geld bezahlen würden. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell an die Küstenstrasse und Strand mit Tavernen, Cafes und kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften. Gerne wieder!

Wow! We loved Kyparissi and Meda House was home from home. What a lovely place with absolutely everything you might need for a very comfortable stay. Recommend whole heartedly.

Wat een geweldige plek is dit! Wij vonden de combinatie van natuur, rust , ruimte en een modern gestyled authentiek huis fantastisch. Precies waar wij van houden. Alles was geweldig, het bed, de keuken, de badkamer, de airco. Alles werkte prima en was met zorg uitgekozen. Wij waren er van op de hoogte dat s´avonds de insecten tot leven komen. Hoewel het jammer was dat we daardoor niet buiten konden zitten gaf ons dat nog meer de ervaring dat je op een unieke plek midden in de natuur zit. Gelukkig waren alle ramen en deuren van uitstekende kwaliteit en hebben we geen last gehad van kleine indringers. De net geplaatste buitendouche was hemels net als de ligbedden en de mogelijkheid om op verschillende terrassen te zitten waardoor je je in pure luxe waande. Bedankt voor deze ervaring en fijne communicatie toen wij van thuis een vervelend bericht kregen over de gezondheid van een familielid.

Logement fidèle aux photos avec superbe vue sur la mer, bien situé, équipé, propre et spacieux et qui reste frais l’été grâce aux chambres au Rez de chaussée. Pour les sensibles aux bruits, le logement est un peu proche de la route, mais peu de passage. Communication parfaite et accueil sans faille. Katarina a cherché à être la plus arrangeante possible à tous les instants. Merci beaucoup

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Μια πολύ καλή επιλογή στο ήσυχο χωριό της Πραγματευτής. Το σπίτι είναι χαρακτηριστικό της τοπικής αρχιτεκτονικής, με απλές παροχές και χωρίς πρόσφατη ανακαίνιση, αλλά λειτουργικό και όμορφο. Η βεράντα προσφέρει ιδιωτικότητα από το υπόλοιπο χωριό και μια εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα και το απέναντι βουνό. Η επικοινωνία με την Μίνα ήταν εξαιρετική και οι οδηγίες της σαφείς και συγκεκριμένες. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά.

Καταπληκτικό μέρος, απίστευτη τοποθεσία και ηρεμία πίνοντας τον πρωινό καφέ. Καλή φιλοξενία και καταπληκτικοί ιδιοκτήτες. Θα ξαναπάμε οπωσδήποτε!!!!!!!

Melina’s place is large, clean, and very well appointed. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us all necessary information. The space looks even better in person. The home is close to everything one needs, such as restaurants, pharmacies,, shops, and the port. Huge windows look out over the harbor so one can watch ferries arriving. A wonderful balcony, accessible three ways, from the living room and the kitchen, allows outdoor meals and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Es una casa tradicional restaurada con la máxima calidad y confort. Los materiales, aislamientos, decoración, una maravilla. Cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar, el baño cómodo y con estilo. Dormitorio de lujo, grande, artístico, con un colchón super confortable. Ventilador. En salón ventilador y aire acondicionado. Nosotros no lo hemos necesitado, pero en verano será muy útil. La terraza, un sueño. Vista indescriptible. En conjunto, la casa es mucho mejor que las fotos. El pueblo muy tranquilo, pero a 5 minutos de coche estás en Tyros Playa, donde hay de todo, comercios, restaurantes, puerto, playa, cafés, una panadería estupenda. En un radio de 15-30 min muchas playas espectaculares. Ilias, un amfitrión maravilloso, discreto y disponible. En fin, vale la pena visitar esta zona, auténtica y alejada de los circuitos más populares.

Zoek je een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen? Zoek dan niet verder: dit is het hemelse paradijs op aarde! Met je eigen privéstrandje voor het huisje (en links en rechts grotere stukken strand met schaduwplek ), een grote baai met glashelder water, nauwelijks andere mensen in de buurt, in het huisje alles wat je nodig hebt zoals goede airco op de slaapkamer en ga zo maar door. Elias (of is het nou Nikos?) is een hele lieve gastheer. Bij aankomst kregen we een grote tas met tomaten, komkommer, sinaasappels, verse olijfolie, etc. Wij hebben meermaals bij het restaurantje van Nikos gegeten omdat het zo ontzettend lekker was. Heel veel keuze, en alles kakelvers. Anders dan bij veel andere restaurants is er hier ook voor vegetariërs veel keuze. Niet twijfelen, echt ernaar toe gaan! Elias, heel veel dank voor je gastvrijheid! Graag tot de volgende keer.

Patricia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt und der erste Kaffe am Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer und den fantastischen Fels ist unbezahlbar. Rocabella ist ein wahres Schmuckstück.

Casa Rodanthi was a lovely place to stay and most importantly was located very close to the castle gate, so we did not have to drag our luggage over the uneven cobblestone path very far. Restaurants, shops, and the castle square are only steps away. The home is on three levels with narrow spiral staircases between floors. The top floor bedroom is the most spacious and has the added bonus of an adjoining terrace with a spectacular view. Unfortunately, there is not a bathroom on this floor. The bathrooms are located on the middle and bottom floors.

The apartment was even better than the photos — spotless, incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view and all the amenities needed for cooking, doing laundry, and more. Having a place to park the car easily was also a huge plus. Giorgios was a truly outstanding host — incredibly responsive and always available. He shared so many great local tips, from charming villages to visit to restaurants and hidden gems. It was a real pleasure to be welcomed by someone so friendly, polite, and genuinely passionate about his region. It was very reassuring to know that if I had any questions, Giorgio was just a message away. He clearly puts his heart into hosting, and it made the stay absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

The apartment was as described, right on the beach, two steps away. The verandah looked out across the beautiful bay on Foinikounda, we couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen was well equipped and we would come straight from the beach (where the sun beds are free) to the apartment to make a Greek salad for lunch, it was heavenly. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was great. The local supermarket was large and well stocked for everything you need for a self catering holiday and the numerous local restaurants provided a good choice for evening meal (Elena was our favourite). Parking was nearby the apartment and again, free. Panagiotis was a great host, always responsive to questions etc and we had zero problems. All in all a wonderful holiday, thank you Panagiotis!

Καταπληκτικός χώρος. Πολύ όμορφο σπιτι. Έχει ησυχία και καταπληκτική θέα. Πολύ μεγάλος χώρος μέσα και έξω. Ο οικοδεσπότης βοηθητικός, πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με όμορφη υποδοχή. Να μην ξεχάσουμε ότι παρείχε και προϊόντα για κατανάλωση όπως υλικά για πρωινό για παράδειγμα. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε το χώρο όλη η οικογενεια μας με τα σκυλάκια μας και με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε ξανά το χώρο του Παναγιώτη για περισσότερες μέρες.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful and unusual house. The house is well equipped and includes lovely outdoor spaces. The interior is well and thoughtfully designed, giving some idea of what it might have been like in an austere past as a permanent home, while providing the level of comfort we now expect. It is conveniently situated close to a taverna providing tasty food and faultless service. Our arrival was rather marred by my phone losing charge -and the instructions for locating and getting in to the house! On calling Spyros he was very patient and helpful , and between that call and the very pleasant and helpful taverna owner close by, we found our way to the house.

Amazing place with view of the mountains and olive orchard. Large flat, beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the terrace a lot. Would love to come back one day for longer!
