Ambiance cocon creusée dans la colline. Accès aux espaces communs : jardin, piscine semi-intérieure, jacuzzi chauffé et cuisine d’été sous les grottes. Calme absolu et charme atypique du domaine, sans vis-à-vis au coeur des Collines.

Le belvédère - Independent gîte

Le gîte est une dépendance de la maison. Réhabilité en sept 2019, vous pourrez profiter du jardin, de la piscine (soumis à autorisation et caution) et d’une vue de folie. Des sommets de l’Ardèche aux contreforts du Vercors... Le tout face au sud !!!! Le gite est en ligne sur plusieurs plateforme de location et site de petites annonces, le calendrier est toujours à jour. Attention: Pas de WIFI, mais la 5G est présente !! Juillet 2026 …… la climatisation !!!!!! ❄️❄️ PAS DE FETES !

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.
