Holiday rentals with a patio in Tristán Suárez

We love the accommodation, organized, very well located, next to the Buenos Aires metro, markets, restaurants and sights nearby. The place is very nice and the Host very attentive. Super recommendable!

Victoria's space is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard power outlets throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was still a robe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

This place was fantastic! It's way better than the pictures. We were really impressed. The apartment was super clean and very spacious, it comes with air con and secure electronic gated parking. Everything was great and we loved our week-long stay. The host, Sol, was very friendly and welcoming, she replied to all our messages instantly and helped with everything we needed. We were impressed with how helpful and kind she was. The apartment is down a nice and quiet street and less than one minute walk away you have an amazing coffee shop cafe with incredible cakes. It's close to a supermarket and shopping mall, but if you're staying here you'll want your own transport to get around. Overall, excellent accommodation, excellent host and we highly recommend it! I loved my stay here! It was on a relatively quiet street in Palermo but close to so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also quite convenient to the Subte (metro system), making it easy to get to so many other parts of the city. Don’t miss out on the nearby gardens and the eco park! As for the space, itself: it was super clean, had all the amenities, and was very tastefully decorated. It’s on the 10th floor, which made it fairly insulated from street noise but also gave it a great view from the balcony! The hosts were SO kind and communicative, as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

It was a nice stay at her place, I would definitely recommend it. It was clean and cozy. And the garden was lovely and charming.

The apartment is really a luxury, it's the fourth time I've stayed here and every day I feel more comfortable! I am surprised that they are constantly improving something, this last time we were greeted with new towels, really beautiful, better than a hotel!! I don't get any items like this with income and autonomous egreso and also what has the level and quality that this has. I recommend it to everyone. It's a unique experience!

A lovely oasis and very helpful host. Best to drive a 4 wheel vehicle as the unmade roads are a challenge.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.
