Beach house holiday rentals in Trogir

We had a wonderful week here! The space was fantastic and exactly as described. The beds sleep well (take DEET with you against the mosquitoes), the bathrooms are neat. The kitchen is also in order, with dishwasher and good refrigerator, otherwise quite basic. Near the apartment, you can swim in the sea, the coast is beautiful. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. There is plenty to do in the area, a car is indispensable. Parking at the apartment was a challenge for us because the road is steep.

Best choice to visit Kastela, Split and surrounding.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Review I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful and well-appointed villa before. It was incredibly comfortable and there were so many thoughtful touches. The pool was wonderful and our two young children thoroughly enjoyed it. Helena and her family went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Bikes were provided which allowed us to get to the shops without a car. We made good use of the local pizzeria, but also enjoyed Helena’s recommendations further afield, such as Franka restaurant in Trogir. Proximity to the airport was really useful. There’s a lovely beach nearby and a beach bar. Would love to stay longer next time. Thank you Helena and hope we’ll see you again soon.

Absolutely lovely stay in a clean, cozy house. Great host, great welcome, with gifts in the fridge and Ivan's willingness to drive me to buy eggs at any time. He even helped carry the groceries into the house. Unfortunately, shops and restaurants were already closed, it was a bit late for a stay in Scolta, but it was a challenge that was overcome thanks to Ivan. Thank you

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Our stay with Goran was a complete success! He was very friendly and helpful in advance, and he was also available for questions at any time during our stay. You can immediately tell that Goran goes to great lengths to make his guests have a good time. The accommodation was absolutely top-notch – clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to fully enjoy the stay. Dear Goran, thank you for your hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

My family and I had such a lovely stay at Ivan’s apartment! Private pool, walkable to restaurants and the beach, clean apartment, super friendly host. Ivan’s parents were so welcoming, they gave us some food when we arrived, also some home grown vegetables during the week, and then pancakes at the end! Ivan was also on call whenever we needed him, no matter how big or small. Highly recommend Ivan’s apartment, and we hope to come again!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. 4 adults and 4 children loved our 1 week stay at Miranda & Milan. Amazing apartment, and very friendly host who was always quick to answer and help us out if needed, e.g arranging transport from airport and giving us local recommendations. Would recommend!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

Lovely accommodation in pleasant area, good distance to Trogir and attractions. A 20 minute walk away was a nice beach with restaurants, toilets and activities for the family. Great that there were beach towels in the apartment. The location was in the middle of the steep but there were shortcuts to take to easier get through steep, charming crowded streets. Recommend asking Anita to fix transfer that finds right among the crowds of streets and houses. The planes fly close across the houses but didn't think it was disturbing but more of a fun feature that you could almost tickle the planes on the stomach when they flew by =). The church bells beat in time and out of time but belong to the charm of the village. Recommend Anita as a host. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

High feel-good factor, from the first minute you can quickly get down from the stress of everyday life. The pool is great and bigger than expected. The house is on a mountain, there are few neighbors nearby, yet you have your privacy and it's incredibly quiet! The sleeping areas can only be reached via an external staircase, are newly furnished, each room has its own modern bathroom. The place itself is small, but it has everything you need. The beaches are within walking distance. The mountain is easy to cope with (even with a stroller), if you don't do anything anyway and hardly move, it was a good change ;) The bay is beautiful and the beaches very quiet (end of August), just right if you want to enjoy the nature and tranquility. There are restaurants and the supermarket, a fruit stand, bakery. The ice cream shop directly on the beach recommended. Clear recommendation from us!!! Great communication with the owner, keep it up!

We enjoyed our stay at Dominik’s place very much. Great communication and easy to find. The apartment is very comfortable, had everything we needed and feels very private. We met some of his family when we checked in and they were friendly and helpful. Everything was in walking distance, the beach is only 2 minutes away and we were able to enjoy a day out on the water as well. Highly recommend a stay at Dominik’s if you’re heading to Trogir.

We had a lovely stay. The house is everything you need and the terrace is stunning. having breakfast under the beautiful tree was a dream. We were welcomed by Zinka and it was no problem that we arrived quite late. there was even some home made chocolate cake for us! Goran is very kind and answered very quickly. he also gave us some good information for things to see and we could even borrow his kayak and use things like the washing machine. Big plus: the sea just 50 meters away from the house makes for a great morning dip!

Great house, amazing pool and top-notch facilities! Everything was super clean and well-equipped — we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Niksa is really a great host. He described everything very clearly. He is very helpful. The apartment is also pretty good and close to many beaches and restaurants. The location is pretty close to Trogir and Split. We enjoyed our stay.

Antón welcomed us very well, explained how the house works and gave us tips on what to visit in the surroundings. Always willing and friendly. - We live quiet and delicious days in this house. I want to draw attention to the kitchen on the balcony: I loved cooking there, overlooking the sea. - As we were looking for tranquility and privacy, we hit the jackpot. We chose days of rest, but also to visit more touristy cities: we visited Split 2x while staying at the house (about 1 hour drive). Definitely one of the best experiences for us on Airbnb❤️.

We loved this apartment! Instructions from Jelena were clear and easy. It’s a stone throw away from the center, yet it’s in a quiet area at night. The bikes were handy to use also. There’s restaurants, garage parking, and grocery stores nearby. If we return to Split again, we’d look into here :)

We were able to check in before the formal check in hours. Owners showed us where to park, helped with the luggage which was very nice because of the stairs that take to the apartment. Once you are down in the apartment, your experience starts. You have your private beach, we went out paddling every day to get coffee, shop is 300 m away, restaurants also. Owners made us delicious fish dinner and surprise my girlfriend with a present for her birthday. All in all, great place, great atmosphere, great hospitality, clean… our dog also enjoyed very much because he had free access to the sea and he didn’t bother anyone there because it is private.
