Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree holiday; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be released. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

Bienvenue dans notre charmante maison Creusoise, confortable, fraichement rénovée et bien équipée ( TV avec Prime vidéo, WiFi, lave vaisselle, barbecue, lit parapluie, chaise haute, transat bébé, jeux, livres et magazines). En saison froide la maison sera chauffée à votre arrivée avec le poêle à bois. Vous n'aurez qu'à entretenir le feu. Elle est située en pleine campagne, au calme avec un parking privé, proche du village où se trouve la boulangerie et à 10 min de la RN145.

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and a fantastic view over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed views of the sunset and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead-end road. Wonderful place to recover for a week from everyday hustle and bustle, a weekend of cocooning or a comfortable stay while looking for your own home in France.

Enjoy this stone house located in a 130-hectare estate with family or friends. You can take walks on foot in a relaxing setting and away from traffic, picnics outdoors as well as fishing (extra charge) on our 10 hectare pond. The accommodation is 2 minutes from the town of Gouzon (supermarket, pharmacy, Tuesday morning market, doctor...), 20 minutes from Guéret and 30 minutes from Montluçon via the N145.
