Very nice house, we spent two months there and we loved it. The city center is a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is quiet, it's perfect. Francis was very responsive to all our needs. We recommend it!

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Nomad’s! The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. We were greeted by a very kind staff member who gave us detailed instructions and made us feel at home. The apartment itself was spacious, the linens were clean, and the bathroom was modern, though the bath mats didn’t seem freshly cleaned. While the kitchen was well equipped for basic use, there were a few small details missing, no hand or dish towels. Important note: there is no elevator, and the unit is up a couple of flights of stairs—a consideration for those with mobility concerns. The surrounding area was quite lively, even on a Monday night, so while earplugs are provided, light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. Overall, this stat offered what we needed for a quick overnight stay at a great value. If you’re looking for high-end touches or a quieter neighbourhood, you might want to explore other options, but the customer service, communication, and check in were excellent!

The accommodation is perfect, the environment too, but if the interior is very well redone, the exterior needs to be. The rental is really cheap but the taxes and especially the cleaning fees more than double the price of a single night. Jacob is very nice and responsive. It's not luxurious, unlike the title, but for me, as long as it's very clean and well located, it's fine with me and we'll say that it was clean. The Cogeco (large concert hall) is 2 steps away, the city center and the port are also nearby, nice atmosphere. In short 🙏👍
