Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Chalet Croix de Pierre

This chalet is truly unique, one of the oldest buildings in the area; it has been authentically restored while retaining its charm and character. You will find yourself in beautiful surroundings full of history. It is close to the Portes Du Soleil skiing resorts (Champéry, Morgins) and the Thermal Baths of Val d'Illiez. The chalet is good for couples and ideal for families. Pets welcome. Given the beauty of the chalet and its antique restoration, we don't host big group celebration parties.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Spacious, carefully decorated accommodation with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is a suite with shower and a double bed (160 x 200). There is a garden with a small private terrace as well as private parking. The cottage is close to restaurants, suitable activities (ski and alpine slopes, hiking trail and mountain biking)... perfect for couples, solo and business travelers... At the foot of the castles of Allinges, in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Thonon/Evian, our cottage enjoys a privileged location that will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the area. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

Our small independent apartment, fully equipped (bedroom, kitchen, toilet and bathroom), is perfect for couples with possibly small children. Many activities related to the mountain or Lake Geneva are nearby. Several ski resorts (cross-country or alpine) are nearby (between 20 minutes and 40 minutes by car). Many walks are accessible from the house. A 2-minute walk away, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Jura.
