An easy starting point for hikes in the mountains, at sea and in the cultural landscape. Relax in close contact with our sociable sheep and lambs. Possibility of hiking equipment, backpack, thermos, seat pad, etc. The hot tub is ordered separately, NOK 1200/EUR 120. Booking at least 4 hours in advance. Lambing from mid-April to the first week of May - possibility to see the little lambs and the proud mothers.

Experience the midnight sun in the summer and northern light in the winter from our cabin. Located by the sea, with all facilities and parkingplace. 60m2, spread over two floors. Two bedrooms with five sleepingplaces in total. We can also provide with a extra bed for a baby. The home is part of Hansvoll farm and is located half an hour's drive from Tromsø city. Here on the farm, for many generations, animal husbandry has been carried out in combination with fishing. Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.

Lovingly furnished with drift wood and natural materials the cabins accommodate five to six people. We have a sauna near the river (additional for 450NOK). Our three cozy log cabins „Helge Ingstad Hytte“, „Eivind Astrup Hytte” and "Wanny Woldstad Hytte" are all to rent on Airbnb.
