Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Tromsø

Anita and Björn are amazing people! We were well received, showed us and explained everything the cabin. Invite us to extend to them at home for tea with pastries Anna made including strawberry jam and homemade raspberries. Get to know a little bit of local people - it's her one-of-a-kind life, that's why we love Airbnb. The latte is cute, has all the basic and necessary things. The bedrooms are upstair with quite steep stairs, at night it is a bit difficult to get down to the toilet. We got along with a family of 4 people. For 3-4 nights it is quite reasonable to stay in the cabin and compromise on the comfort of a larger, more well-equipped home (and also more expensive). Total pretty good value for the price. The Great Benefits - Perfect location to see the Northern Lights. We saw a few times right next to the house. There is also a nearby car park 3 minutes drive. There is a natural slide in the garden and the kids played for hours in the snow and slide. The sauna is just something extremely rare - a must try, unusual experiences! With sea view and warmth with trees. (Extra charge).

Our stay at Line's and Kim's place was fantastic. The Airbnb is a little house overlooking the Skjulsford and is prefect for exploring the area. All things that you will need are there. The surroundings are beautiful and peacefull. Really made our trip to Norway something to remember!

Really nice house just outside Trømso. Comes with a nice garage and all modern, cozy and warm.

Beautiful place. You can find everything you need. The bedding is quality. The view of Tromsø is splendid. The host is available and responsive. The accommodation is well located, you can get to the city center in a few minutes by bus or car. And as a bonus, we had the chance to observe northern lights from the balcony. We recommend this place without hesitation!

What a perfect place to spend some time in Tromso! Kristin Helene was very communicative from the start. We appreciated her warm welcome. We were not able to meet her in person but the personal note left on the table was such a nice touch. We liked being in Hamna a bit removed from the buzzing city center and only 30 min by bus (bus 28 stop is right down the street). Kristin's apartment is the most homey Airbnb we've ever stayed in and was so comfortable. BTW, the beds are amazing and there is more that you need. We enjoyed the last bit of the northern lights from the porch. We hope to be back one day. Thanks Kristin for sharing your sweet home with us.

What a truly fun and artsy house! We were looking for a rental that was easy to walk around to explore Tromso and this house fit the bill! It was great that it was a Yes house…we brought a few groceries but it helped to be able to use a few things to supplement. Otherwise we ate out around town and explored local cuisine. Very responsive and so very helpful with an early check in. Such a fun artsy vibe!

Lovely place and Tore was flexible & easy to reach. Perfect place for a few days exploring Tromso.

This homestay is really, really good!It is very close to the lake, you can go to the lake for photos, and if you are lucky, you will also see the aurora.There is a big supermarket nearby, if you arrive late, you can go to this big supermarket for shopping, the supermarket will be open until 11:00 in the evening.It is also very close to the bus station, and you can take a bus to the city center in three or four minutes on foot.The kitchen has a lot of condiments and plenty of utensils; the bedroom is very tidy and the two bathrooms are very clean.The entire cottage interior is very featured and accented. The two hosts are very, very very nice people, willing to let us interact with their three dogs, and answer and solve our various questions.We had a great time during our stay!

Great place in walking distance to everything in and around Tromsø — and coming with a perfect view! The apartment is perfect for one or two people and equipped with everything you need. In addition, Marita is a great hostess: uncomplicated, responsive and very helpful. 🥰

Everything was perfect. The apartments have everything what you need, a well equipped kitchen and there is enough space for at least 3 persons. It is close to the next busstation or a 20 minute walk to the city center (a bit uphill ;) Karina is super friendly and was the whole time in contact with us. They life upstairs, if we needed something or the kids were too loud we just needed to text her and she could immediately help or change everything. Thank you! One day it was possible to see the northernlights in front of the appartement. It was amazing.

Loved the cottage. Took a bit to crack the code on water, toilet, sauna etc.. It is important to read the instructions to be prepared 😇 The house and surrounding are lovely. Used it as a base to do ski touring and cross-country skiing in and around Tromsö. Stayed with 4 adults. Would definitely recommend and come again.

We had a fantastic time here! The cabin was gorgeous and perfect location for exploring ! With some lovely hikes right on the doorstep! There was everything you needed in the cabin, and the sauna was a big bonus, it got used most days! You do need a car as there isn't anything local, which was perfect for us, as we wanted a peaceful, relaxing holiday! Would highly recommend and already planning on coming back one day! Daniel’s place was amazing and absolutely perfect for our large group. We all had plenty of space and the large kitchen table was an added bonus for us all to be able to sit and eat together. Daniel was quick to respond and extremely helpful. His place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I’d highly recommend his place.

Really great cabin its much better than photos, very comfortable and well equipped. The views are amazing beautiful mountains and fjord views, and i was surprised that there were a powerful and amazing waterfall right next to the cabin. The cabin location is the best location, here you can start the best epic hikes in the area, also if you need the center of Tromso its a very short drive. Rita is an amazing host it was a pleasure meeting her, she was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I wish i could stayed more and i will definitely visit again.

Such a stunning apartment, especially the view - I even got to see the northern lights from the room! Very clean, kitchen has everything you need. Would 100% stay again! If I’m being picky, I would’ve loved to know that the bathroom isn’t in a private space. It’s a private bathroom only for your use, but you have to go out into the hallway of the house to reach it. It means you can’t nip out to the loo in the night without needing to get dressed! Not a big deal, but might be helpful info for somebody looking to stay :)

Quaint, quiet and beautiful!

Incredible surroundings. We were fortunate to have a crisp clear night when the Aurora appeared above the house. We also had lots of snow which was great fun for walking, sledging and playing. The hot tub is a wonderful indulgence.

Terrific base in Tromso. It's in a quiet neighborhood, which I personally prefer much more than living in the city center. The house is quite large and very well furnished, and feels very homey and warm. Loved the open plan kitchen and living room where we could prepare meals, relax, and keep an eye out from the balcony windows for signs of an aurora borealis. Hope to have a chance to come back in the future :)

The apartment was exactly what we needed for 5 people. The location was top. Very close to the bus and within walking distance of the center of Tromso. The host's father lives nearby and is very helpful. Every day the stairs were cleared of snow. Upon arrival on Sunday, he drove with us to the nearest supermarket so we could buy the supplies for breakfast. There is a washing machine and drying cabinet.

Stunning views and location, and so cozy. Highlights are the jacuzzi, sauna, access to take a dip in the fjord, the fireplace in the living room, the comfy beds, and fully kitted out kitchen with a great coffee machine. Host was very nice and always responsive. Highly recommend!

Short walk to shops and restaurants (much better and shorter than it looks on the map) but still nice and private on waterfront. Cable car/cathedral bus stop not too far away. Amazing balconies and beautiful views (was snowing most of the time we were there but could still see faint glow of Northern Lights from the hot tub)! Great kitchen - plenty of plates/utensils/glasses/etc. Lots of dining space, couches, TVs, etc. Bedrooms a little small, but typical for Europe and beds were very comfy and warm. Our 4 year old loved the deep jacuzzi bath. Washer and dryer in the bathroom - which was amazing as it meant we could pack light and do laundry every few days. Appreciated the disposable slippers! Everything easy to find, really good instructions for everything (except maybe ovens but I'm sure if we had messaged Elisabet she would have helped immediately, we didn't really need to use them so didn't bother). Everything was super clean. Really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Big and very modern appartement, by the way a cool jacuzzi on the veranda. We had a very recovery vacation here in Tromsø. The host answered quickly all our questions. Thank you, greetings from Bavaria, Germany.
