There is a private entrance to the apartment. The landlord lives in his own part of the apartment building. The apartment consists of a room that is a combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door wardrobe, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower cabin, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most places, but also good bus connections.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Unique location – secluded house right by the Ladestien trail with a fantastic sea view. Underfloor heating and newly renovated. Only 100 meters to the bus stop and within walking distance to the city center (35 minutes). Recharge your batteries in this one-of-a-kind setting. Bedroom is up the ladder, low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other double bed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.

Here you can enjoy the evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on the Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. You will find a jetty and pier right next to the cabin, with good opportunities for fishing with a rod. Stay in a spacious three-storey house in a nice garden city - in the middle of Trondheim. The house has three bedrooms, beds for six adults and a baby cot (0-2 years). The house has very good sun conditions with many outdoor areas and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Garage is available. Children are welcome to use the toys in the house. From the house it is 5 minutes to the bus and store. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center.
