Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet is located at Brøttem Gård in Klæbu, Trondheim Municipality. The location is rural (by Selbusjøen and Brungmarka) and excellent for day trips in the countryside both on foot and on skis. Jetty is available at Selbusjøen in summer. From here you can paddle in a kayak/canoe or row a trip. The farm is close to Gjenvollhytta and Langmyra ski resort if you want to go skiing on groomed slopes. Day trips to Kråkfjellet and Rensfjellet are possible. Vassfjellet is 10 min away and only 30 min to Trondheim :)

Walk for only 3 minutes and you will find Trondheim's most popular swimming area Korsvika, and you have the city center and the Solsiden within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door. Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
