I spend most of the year in England so am open to long-term rental discussion. My home is very close to Texas Motor Speedway, Southlake Town Square, Grapevine Historic District, Gaylord Convention Center, Sabre, 15 minutes from DFW and close to both Dallas and Fort Worth. Short distance from DFW airport. Shopping centers close by Lifetime club is less than 10 minutes away. Nature trails nearby too, though you will not need that because the home is surrounded by hundreds of trees. No hassle of parking.
