Take in the sunset over the waves from the terrace of this newly renovated apartment. Comfortable and perfectly furnished, it has a neat decoration and flat screen TVs in each of the two bedrooms. In the context of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are implementing additional health measures. With a surface area of 45 m2, the apartment was refurbished in 2018. I chose materials and furniture "as if it were for me": 2 bedrooms each with its own small bathroom, flat screen TV on the wall in each bedroom, living room with small terrace and beautiful sea view, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer compartment, microwave and traditional oven, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook :-) The entire apartment and its terrace. Free parking space for the apartment. Just take the small path in front of the residence to access Trouville beach. Preserved from the crowds, the quiet neighborhood is nevertheless close to the city center. 15/20 minutes' walk from Trouville/Deauville train station If you come by car, a parking space is reserved for you in the residence. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, a traditional oven and microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster for your breakfasts. Just a 5-minute walk from Deauville-Trouville train station, our small fishermen's house in its charming pedestrian cul-de-sac is quiet while being just 2 minutes from the quays of Trouville with all their restaurants, their fish market, the famous Rue des Bains and the casino. Just 10 minutes from the beach. And for a little tour of Deauville, the Pont des Belges allows you to get there on foot very quickly. Great for a "walking" stay!
