Modern loft apartment

The apartment is located in Munich-Waldtrudering in a quiet residential area. To the S-Bahn its only a 300 m walk. With the S-Bahn it only takes about 15 minutes to the Marienplatz. Near the apartment there is also the Riemer Park is the Wasserburger road with many restaurants nearby. The fair can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes through the Riemer Park. The attic apartment has a bedroom, living room and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed pull-out for 1 to 2 people. In addition, the living room on a shelf and a TV. In the bedroom, two more people stay in a double bed with two mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Free WiFi is also available. The bedroom has a double bed. Dining room with a sofa bed with a Matrazenbreite of 160cm. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Apartment : - Bedroom (approx. 11.3 sqm) with double bed (1.60 x 200 cm), 43" Philips TV. - Bathroom (approx. 6.5 sqm) with bathtub. - Kitchen (about 5.9 sqm) with seating. - Corridor (6.5 sqm). ***including 1 TG parking space, an advantage especially at the fair time ***

One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

I love Christel’s cozy apartment very much. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is easy to reach the main train station by metro. The room includes all what you need for a short stay. Christine warmly welcomed me and proactively described in advance exactly how I could best find her. We had great conversations and I felt very comfortable with her. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. There are several public transport options nearby, so you can easily get from A to B. The location is otherwise also very nice, some greenery in the immediate vicinity. I would gladly stay with her again at any time.
