The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Relax in this peaceful, unique and newly built cottage located in a lovely forest area. For an extra fee, you can take a hot shower or enjoy a nice hot bath outside. If it's the beach that pulls, it's just an 8-minute drive away. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed with room for 4, plus there is a travel bed for the smallest. The heart of the house is the kitchen area, where there is a high ceiling and open spaces. From all rooms there is an exit to the large terrace.

There is office space with a lift-drop table, TV, dining area and large double bed. Possibility of extra bedding for DKK 100 extra per night. 200 m to grocery stores, butcher, library, fast food, bookstore, bars and more in Aalborg's legendary district, Vejgaard. Bus stop right outside the home. 20 minutes' walk to Aalborg C. Close to highway exit and university.

Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Bus 11 and 17 is near by. There is good opportunities to shop locally.
