In 30 minutes, you can be in the Arosa ski resort or in the Lenzerheide ski resort, which are connected with 225 km of slopes! Mountain summer: hiking and biking. Tranquility oasis with mountain views

Welcome to our oasis of peace directly in the agricultural area in the Grisons mountains. You can relax in the wonderful living climate of the solid wood spruce house with its own water source. For us it is an oasis of peace, strength and happiness. The house, newly built in 2024, is somewhat remote and yet only 12 minutes from the city of Chur, 10 minutes from Churwalden and 20 minutes from Lenzerheide. It is a wonderful location for skiing/cross-country skiing, biking, hiking or to be and enjoy.

Helle, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1500m.ü.M. (+separates kleines Zimmer auf gleicher Etage. Mitten im Ski- und Bike-Gebiet Lenzerheide/Arosa! Langlaufloipen, Sessellift Heimberg. Im Sommer schöne Wanderwege. Kühle Nächte im Sommer (eine Klimaanlage brauchen wir nicht!) Spielplatz im Dorf und schöne Wanderwege direkt hinter dem Haus oder ganz in der Nähe. Das letzte Haus am Dorfrand, mit kleinem Wald auf der Rückseite. Mit ÖV gut erschlossen. Zufahrt bis zum Haus.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

*Reduced price due to construction site close by* Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

An insider tip for winter and summer tourists looking for peace and relaxation away from crowded places!!! Winter: skiing, snow tubing, sledding, ice skating... Summer: hiking, biking, walking, theme trails for children, tree house, nostalgia mail van... We rent a cozy attic apartment in the middle of the beautiful Walserdorf Tschiertschen and close to the mountain railways (10 km from Chur). The kitchen is newly renovated (April 2023)!

The attic apartment is located in a Walser house that was built in 1847. In 2019, the whole house was completely renovated. The apartment is a gem and is located approx. 150 meters from the valley station of the Tschiertschen ski resort. In summer, Tschiertschen is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and great bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped. Relax in our Bijou directly on the ski and toboggan run above Tschiertschen. From the wood-fired hot pot (not a whirlpool!) you can enjoy the view of the Schanfigg and the Aroser Weisshorn (fee CHF 75 per stay, see further details). In the cozy apartment you will find a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living-dining room with a cozy couch, 2 bedrooms with one double bed each and a bathroom with bathtub.
