As a basic monthly accommodation, Robert's place was quiet and convenient. It's also super helpful to have an available kitchen. The bedroom was spacious, the water pressure and heat were solid. What you'll find is a living room and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, both rented independently. The location is near a 7-11 and not far from a larger intersection with breakfast shops and a park. There's also a youbike station just around the corner. Overall, it's not luxury but it what I needed, something quiet and simple. Above all, I found Robert to be super responsive to any questions or concerns; a genuinely attentive host. Thanks Robert!

The host provided a useful guide to Chiayi, and there were also many introductions related to Chiayi in the room, which was very helpful for us who decided to go to Chiayi in a hurry. The location was good, and there were small gifts. The host was also very kind, worried about the rain and even prepared raincoats and umbrellas for us! Recommended!

You can see the host's thoughtful decoration and maintenance, and I slept very comfortably; compared to the high room price of the hotel in Chiayi City, although it is not in the lively city, it is quite convenient to drive.

We rented the townhome for 6 months and had the most amazing stay. Not only is the place spacious, beautiful, had all the amenities we needed and was in a great location, but the host went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. My elderly father stayed there, and leading up to our stay, she asked if he needed anything special, like a chair for the shower. She was also extremely responsive whenever we had questions. I didn’t know how to use the stove, and when we realized that the pan I bought wasn’t suitable for the electric stove, she offered to bring a gas burner and even to buy the pan I had bought! These are just a few examples of how she went above and beyond. These 6 months went by quickly, and we were sad to leave. It was the first time I stayed in Chiayi (I’ve only stayed in Taipei and Taichung before that), and I fell in love with the city. It’s smaller so slower paced but still felt like a city. I highly recommend and hope to come back one day!
