Holiday rentals with beach access in Tsikhisdziri

This was our second time booking this apartment, and once again, everything went perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Guro is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Слушайте все, мы долго выбирали, решали и вообще, искали, это один из лучших отдыхов в жизни, всё чудесно, вид на море, расположение, вышел и вот через 1 минуту - море, территория. Хочется отметить отдельное спасибо за то, какие подушки пышные, пахнущие, новые, в апарт-отеле есть даже парогенератор (вместо утюга, если кто не знал, мы правда ни разу не достали, но главное он есть😂), при заселении даже был фумигатор от комаров, правда мы привезли свой, но очень было приятно, что хозяин аппартаментов такой заботливый. Всё в этих аппаратах впечатляет. При заселении был чай, масло подсолнечное, соль и сахар. Чайник без накипи, новый или вода такая хорошая, неизвестно, воду пить вроде можно из крана, мы пили, готовили, всё классно. С нами ребёнок 1,4 месяца, нам всё очень понравилось со стороны сдающих эту квартирку вопросов вообще нет, умнички.

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Прекрасное место для уединенного отдыха. Дом посреди природы, в 3 минутах от моря. Иванэ очень заботливый хозяин — я приезжала поздно и он встретил меня на вокзале, чтобы я не потерялась. В доме очень уютно и тихо. Точно хочу вернуться летом в высокий сезон

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

The studios we reserved were very nice and clean. we had everything we needed. The view from the 33rd floor is breathtaking. A walking distance from the lively Boulevard...! The one and only downside is the elevators, super busy all day long and not all we're working.

An excellent and stylish apartment with impeccable cleanliness! The host is very thoughtful and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. Stunning views of the sea and park create an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, everything is within reach. Highly recommend!

Забронировали через сайт дом, сумма списалась, когда приехали оказывается дом был занят другими посетителями. К счастью, хозяин быстро ответил, деньги вернули!

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Gute Lage nah am Strand. Der Strand ist an dieser Stelle leer. Schöne schattige Terasse.

Lovely place, quiet and very very near to the lovely beach, extremely friendly people with recommendations for the area, you’re quickly in town with a cab. We had a lovely stay! 🫶

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs
