Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. We had a wonderful stay at Konstantin's accommodation! The house is furnished with great attention to detail, especially the small garden pond with the fish was a real highlight and created a really relaxed atmosphere. There were four of us there and we were able to barbecue wonderfully and simply switch off. Konstantin is an incredibly nice and helpful host. When we accidentally locked the car key in the car at checkout, he was immediately on the spot and helped us to open the car again. Without him, we would probably have missed our flight and had to pay a lot of money for a locksmith. We are very, very grateful to him and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation! 🙏✨
