The apartments are much better than in the photo. I'm not sure there's anything better in Tbilisi than these apartments. Absolutely everything is amazing + a huge terrace with a view

Everything was great!! Anytime again.

The place is great. It has all needed things, the bathroom was perfectly clean, the concierge was friendly, the building itself is safe. There are several groceries nearby. And in case if you are an IELTS taker this place is 2 minutes away from the British Council centre

Communicative hosts, great sunlight, nice and safe neighborhood, comfy bed and SUPER home entertainment (curved TV). Grocery store, restaurant, coffee spot, pharmacy nearby.

We loved the apartment, high ceilings, beautiful furnishings, large windows, two bathrooms. it was a great place to come back to after exploring the city. I liked the neighborhood feel, close to Fabrika and a Japanese bakery. Levan was responsive!

We loved our stay at Sofie's place. It was very comfortable and has a great feel to it. The street can be a bit noisy at night, to be expected with the central location, yet the apartment was really relaxing and peaceful. So nice to come back to after a day exploring. The balcony is lovely and a great spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. The location is fantastic and there are plenty of good restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Sofie is lovely to communicate with - always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this AirBnB. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us Sofie! We hope to be back.

We had a great weekend in Tbilisi thanks to Natalia and her family and also her neighbors! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The flat felt very cozy — feels like we are ‘living’ there as we are local, great location in the city centre with lots of cafe and place to visit. We had an amazing time staying at this boutique apartment in the central district of Sairme Hill. The apartment was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area, yet close to local attractions and public transportation. Our host, Zuka, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that our experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, with many markets nearby. There is a large balcony with a side view of the mountains, but we do not enjoy the space so much because there is a building construction being done in front. It is far from the center, with a bus stop on the corner and a subway 15 minutes' walk away. The apartment is excellent for long-term stays, with a full kitchen. The food delivery service also literally arrives at your door. Comfortable beds. Aleksandre is a thoughtful, discreet and helpful host. Thanks for having us

Amazing place to stay with your partner. Host is very responsive and friendly, they even let us keep our luggage in their own storage AFTER checking out due to us having late flights back home. Only complaints are some nights the neighbours and city life got noisy but it was only a problem when at the balcony. Otherwise, it’s very quiet inside the Airbnb. Also, it can be exhausting walking down to the main city and back up to the Airbnb. The hills can feel quite intense after going out. Prepare for some angry Bolt drivers, some clearly got frustrated with us for the drive as the roads are tight and quite steep. Nevertheless, a beautiful apartment and a great affordable place to stay in Tbilisi.

Maya is an amazing host, she always responds immediately and her attitude is full of warmth, with a lot of desire to help in everything. Maya made an effort to make my check in earlier than it's supposed to be, and I appreciate it very much. The sweet apartment completely surprised me, it is tastefully furnished and equipped. You will not lack anything there. The apartment is located a short distance from the center and entertainment areas of the Old Tbilisi. You will enjoy peace and quiet and yet, you will be within a short walk of Freedom Square and more. I'm not sure Maya would want me to tell, but she supported me beyond imagination when I was in need. Thank you dear Maya!

The apartment is on 14 th floor, with a huge veranda with the bird’s eye view of Tbilisi. You can just stay there and see everything ! Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, hot tub, well stocked kitchen … more then you ask for when you book!

Teona's apartment was truly an amazing surprise. Super clean, equipped with everything you need, and in a fantastic location. I loved the view of the trees in the park. There are restaurants and shops nearby—everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's been a few days since we got back home, and I know for sure that I want to return to this place again 😊

A Memorable Stay with a Wonderful Host! We had an amazing stay at Konstantin’s Airbnb apartment. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome. He personally received us and followed up to ensure everything was perfect even before check-in. Konstantin was very flexible, respectful, and incredibly friendly. He engaged in pleasant conversation and gave us helpful tips on what to explore in the area. What truly stood out was his thoughtful gesture of inviting us to a traditional restaurant, which made our Eid celebration even more special. The apartment’s location is excellent—there’s plenty to see and do nearby. Parking was never an issue, as secure parking was available on site. We 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to create long-lasting memories with their family. Konstantin is a true super host!
