I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

I really enjoyed my stay! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. Nino was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with anything I needed. The neighborhood is great – quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. Also, there’s a cool cat living in the yard – definitely a bonus!

Perfect place in the center of Tbilisi!

Best host ever! We stayed in their lovely place for 3.5 month with a newborn baby. They had welcomed couples with newborn babies in the past few times so they had experience and knew what to do. Their place is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in American way) of their residence which is on the ground floor with a lovely garden. Their place was very spacious, clean, bright, quiet and looked MUCH better than in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the host's hospitality and their company. They gave us rides to the hospital for our baby's check ups and vaccination, made us lovely (and the best!) Kachapuri (cheese bread) time to time, or even brought us a Christmas tree. One of the best memory for us as when we were invited to their place to spend the count down for New Year's Eve. They treated us with lovely traditional Georgian dishes. They made our stay in Tbilisi so welcoming and at-home. Now we miss them and their place very much!

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Overall we were very satisfied with the house, 9 people were very comfortable and stayed for 4 nights. Although our flight hours were bad, we had no problems with check-in and checkout. It is only necessary to walk a little or use a taxi as most of the places to visit are on the opposite side of the river, it is very close to the factory, there are 24-hour markets right nearby. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and it was spotless.

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

From all my heart i recommend this place to everyone. Seriously, stop your search here. This apartment has a soul, it’s beautiful and unique. Located in the very center of Tbilisi, the place doesn’t feel like a regular rental - you can tell it was made with care, like for someone’s own home. Natalia’s family live nearby, but they won’t bother you. Still, I recommend meeting them - they’re kind and warm people. As a solo female traveler, I felt extra safe knowing they were close. The place is great for couples, digital nomads, and anyone who wants to live like a local without losing comfort - the design is vintage, but the tech and bathroom are modern. I’m not Muslim, but I’ll recommend it to Muslim friends too - there’s a hygiene shower next to the toilet, which is rare in Georgia. This apartment is perfect for artists, aesthetes, or anyone who wants to feel the magic of real Tbilisi. The location is the best you could wish for. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay! The host is very kind and helpful, he lives next door. The place is clean, cozy and beautiful, it has every amenity one would need. It's located uphill so the view is very good, there is also a binocular available. Keep in mind that there is no balcony. The location is very quiet and there were no problems with loud sounds from outside at all. If you happen to have a stereo audio with you, the room would be just phenomenal, because the ceiling is angled, there are a lot of soft stuff inside the room and it has wallpapers, which removes sound reflections

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! We were a group of five, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large hall with cozy couches and a TV, and a hot water shower—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Liberty Square and many local attractions, shops, and restaurants. After our checkout, Maya kindly helped secure our luggage, which was a big help. Communication was seamless—Maya was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

She is gracious and attentive- she gave us a few lovely recommendations that deliciously upgraded our first day in the area. The flat is comfortably located within walking distance of anything you might need. It’s just a very short bus ride from the city center, which I found very convenient. The place is central and full of life without being noisy or uncomfortable. The apartment has everything you might need- and more. It truly feels like a home away from home. The place is beautifully decorated, with objects that are both useful and aesthetically pleasing. Also, her thoughtful selection of books adds a cozy, personal touch- there’s something for everyone to enjoy. So, thank you, Anna, for our lovely stay! We'd love to come back. :)

The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

We were a group of 5 friends without children and stayed for 4 nights during May. There were some issues with hot water on the first floor, it was available periodically (no issues on the 2'nd floor). During the bad weather it was quite cold inside, but the heating was turned off until the last day. The home is about 20 minutes from the city center, so I would recommend it only for guests with a car. As other comments already noted, the hosts are living in the same house just behind the wall so that you can hear them sometimes. For us it was not an issue, we didn't feel their presence. It was even helpful when we needed them. They are very nice and polite people, always were glad to help. The house is very nice to spend time in during both, good and bad weather, thank to the pool and the fireplace. The view from the balcony was unexpectedly gorgeous. Good kitchen with almost everything we needed. We glad that we stayed here, we would glad to spend here more time.

We rented a cottage for two days. There were 4 families with children. In reality, the cottage looks better than in the photos. I liked everything: the territory of the yard and the bathhouse and inside the house. Bed linen and towels were clean and for each person. In the kitchen, you could cook for yourself. All equipment was in good working order.

very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

We had a really relaxed time at this beautiful villa. It was quite hot, but Irakli was kind enough to get ventilators for the rooms so we could still sleep. If airco is installed the place would be even more comfortable. The pool was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only downside we experienced besides the heat is that the water and electricity stopped working for a night, but this was remedied the next morning.
