The house is located in the city center, in the old district of Avlabari, near the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity "Sameba". The area is colorful, all the main attractions of the city are within a walking distance and it is a popular area for tourists. A couple of steps away there is a cafe restaurant with wonderful Georgian food and a view of the whole of Tbilisi, supermarkets, wine shops with a cellar, an old market with fresh fruit and vegetables.
