After traveling the globe and staying in various hotels and guesthouses my wife and I have attempted to present a Holiday Villa that will cover just about all of our guests wants & needs. Holiday Villa Boston (HVB) is located in the heart of Niigata City. HVB is a 2 to 10 minute walk from historical sites, great restaurants and entertaining bars. I couldn't bring myself to change the exterior's design, front gate or the front door. However, the interior is tailor made for guest to rest & relax.

Keshiki 4 bedroom apartment- A home with a view.

Keshiki (Japanese for view) is a large 3 story house, located a short walk from Nozawa onsen ski resort and Sparena hot springs and pools. It is less than 500meters from the middle of the main street. It has amazing views over the valley. There are 4 large bedrooms on the top floor to comfortably sleep 10 people. The middle floor is an open-plan living, dining, kitchen, and lounge area. The ground floor has a seperate 1 bedroom apartment. Keshiki is a great space for large groups or familes.

Akari bright 4bedroom apartment above Swiss Bakery

Akari Apartments are comfortable and spacious. In a great area of the Village just 200m to the slopes and an easy flat stroll into the centre of the village. The closest public onsen is just 50 meters down the road and free to use for our guests. The 4 bedroom apartment is perfect for 2 or 3 families with kids or group of friends (comfortable up to 10 person). You live above the famous Swiss bakery for your daily bread, pastry and Pizza supply. Other Japanese Restaurants are close by too.

However our latest accommodation offering takes it all to the next level, located just 20 meters from the slopes and another 30 meters to the Gondola or even closer to a Ski Lift. Located in Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort, Bears House reopen in 2018/2019 winter after renovating its interior. The guest room which imaged North Europe is stylish and luxury. You can enjoy a good-quality resort experience at the best location that Uonuma plain can overlook. Deluxe condo is well equipped for groups, 2 families, and three generations. We have all the necessary equipment such as kitchen with IH heater, large shower booth, wash toilet, washbasin, washing machine, dryer.

Nozawa Onsen Basecamp #201 NEW Two Bed Two Bath

Contemporary Japanese design two bedroom self-contained apartment located in quiet area halfway between Oyu Onsen at the center of the village and the Nagasaka Gondola, snuggled in a pocket next to the mountain. 5-10 mins walk to both Nagasaka gondola (about 300m) and Hikage bowl area (400m to Yu-road escalator). Similar distance to the village center shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortable for families and small groups of 4-5 with or without children, maximum 6.

RE KIHEI is a 3 minute drive from Nou IC, 5 minute drive from Marine Dream Nou. 20 minute drive from JR Itoigawa Station. The house can be chartered to accommodate up to 10 people. Free parking is available on the premises for up to 4 cars. Please be assured that you will not be sharing with other guests.
