Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Tuba

host is very responsive and proactive with communication. location is great and the place is clean. I asked before booking if we can cook and host said yes..so what she means with cooking is just rice cooker and microwave.

Host was very responsive and answered all my questions. She even allowed us to check-in early. Unit is very cozy and complete with everything you need. I just wished the tv was elevated a bit so it’s not painful to the neck when you are watching while in bed. Kitchen was complete with all utensils as well and condiments. Would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay, unit was very safe with multiple locks, host was very responsive to our needs, the place is spacious, will surely come back on Holiday season,

We had no problem reaching the place and self check in was easy too. We rested (nap) soon after we arrived at the unit. We were able to order food via Grab coz we had no energy to go out for dinner anymore after a tiring day of travelling and events. The kids and hubby relaxed watching tv, while I used the internet. The beds and linens were warm and comfortable so we had a good night sleep. In the morning, our EV car was fully charged and we're ready to go around the city before heading back home. The host helped us in everything, and accommodated all of our queries. Thank you for being a great host. The only thing we can add for improvement is the water heater/shower. It was a little difficult to turn it on (switch) so we resorted to manual heating of water and then the Pale and tabo for taking a bath. It was no biggie, Kasi it's still a warm ligo for us ☺️ All in all, it was a great stay, and we'll keep it in our favorites.

Plenty of space for our 15-pax group. The house was spotless and had so many interesting atifacts for the kids to look at and ask about. There are four floors and the stairs are quite steep, groups with seniors be advised. The rooms were cool despite the lack of air conditioning, good strong supply of hot water. Spectacular view out of the topmost balcony. Recommended, would stay again!

Michelle is a great host - very responsive to our queries and super accommodating to our requests. Place was squeaky clean and we liked that guest kits were provided. Overall, loved our stay and would happy to come back again - might be our now go-to place in Baguio. PS. If you have an EV, it’s very convenient to stay here as they provide charging for your vehicle.

My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

stayed Jan-20-22. The place is great. The location is peaceful you can relax. The owner and caretaker is easy to taked to. very responsive and accomodating. i recomend this place. Till next Vacation Sir Alex.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally left my LocknLock Tupperware after checking out, and she kindly offered to hand-deliver it to us in Manila—even though we had already retrieved it. The room was exactly as described: cozy, clean, and comfortable. Guards at the lobby were very approachable and helpful too. Near Cozy Cove and Teachers Camp. Walking distance to SM Baguio, if youre up for it. Would definitely book again if i ever visit Baguio.

The place was very good! It’s located near many tourist attractions. The host was very responsive and the place was spot on, from the room until the hotel itself.

Great location! Near tourist spots like The Mansion, Wright Part and Mine’s View. There are also nice restaurants nearby (along Outlook Drive). The house is neat and tidy, and has that "Baguio vibe", unlike other listings in the area (condo units). It also has everything you need to cook a simple breakfast meal. The balcony has a nice view - perfect for relaxing while having a cup of coffee. Please note that you have to take several flights of stairs going to the unit. Something to consider when you have seniors or PWD. But this has been communicated by the host, thus, we were prepared.
